The document contains the german version of the European standard EN 61000-2-10 and is identical with the International standard IEC 61000-2-10. It contains a description of the conducted electromagnetic disturbances which are induced by a high-altitude nuclear-electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) in metallic lines such as power and telecommunications lines external and internal to installations and in outdoor antennas. According to the time the pulse is divided in three consecutive parts: early, intermediate and late-time HEMP. For all three parts the consequences of the conducted HEMP disturbances for installations are described.
