permanently connected neon signs intended for use in residences. In
addition to the applicable requirements in the Standard for
Electric Signs, UL 48 and the Standard for Neon Transformers and
Power Supplies, UL 2161, the following are supplementary
requirements that also apply to neon signs intended for use in
dwellings (residential).
