Description / Abstract: These requirements cover movable, household, self-contained dehumidifiers employing hermetic refrigerant motor-compressors and intended for connection to single-phase, alternating-current (ac) circuits rated not more than 20 amperes, 125 volts or 15 amperes, 208 or 230 volts. The requirements also cover dehumidifiers which incorporate electric air heaters.
