Description / Abstract: This Practice provides typical details for concrete pads for ladders and stairs, octagon foundation drains, ledger and curb angles for grating and floor plate; and describes clearances and spacing requirements for reinforcing steel for foundations and structural columns and beams. General concrete notes are provided to supplement the requirements shown on design drawings and project specifications. Abbreviations commonly used on design drawings are also listed in this Practice.
