This self-study course is designed to be taken at your
convenience and on your own schedule. You have 90
days to finish the course once you begin.
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a system for satisfying
internal and external customers and suppliers through both
continuous improvements and breakthrough results-results that
ultimately change organizational culture. The purpose of this
course is to provide the basic concepts and practices of Total
