days to finish the course once you begin.
This course explains how to deal with change in your
organization. Implementing change can be a daunting process for
employees, and can cause discomfort and uncertainty throughout an
organization. This course offers management techniques that
incorporate both engineering and psychological approaches to change
the way an organization functions. You will learn how to employ
strategies that help to minimize uncertainty and implement changes
effectively and strategically. Changing the way an organization
