1.1 This test method covers the titrimetric determination of cerium in liquid cerium and rare earth paint driers and utilizes ferrous ammonium sulfate. 1.2 This test method is not applicable to dryer blends. 1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
