This document describes requirements for access and egress of workers on freight vehicles.The main purpose of the requirements is to provide safe access and egress, and to minimise risks to workers identified in the Rolling Stock Hazard Trees associated with access and egress. This document applies to existing, modified and new freight rolling stock.The document covers access and egress by workers.
